How it goes

The residence

You stay in a rented apartment in a high-end seaside residence in Palamos. It has pools, tennis courts and a gym.

Meals, yoga, sport, massages and the airport shuttle are all included. Only the flight is not.

The retreat is hosted by Autumn Paris, a linen house. Your host runs these trails and receives you as if you were arriving at their own home.

Each session takes 8 to 12 guests, so the evening stays around one table.

Three days, everything included except the flight.
